Desde su creación, Cintecx cuenta con personal experto y con amplia experiencia e implicación en la promoción de la igualdad de género. Uno de los objetivos fundamentales en materia de igualdad es el desarrollo de actividades específicas que permitan aumentar y mejorar año a año la formación en materia de igualdad de todo nuestro personal.
