On October 24th, the presentation event for the initiative “Cámara Abierta CINTECX for Women and Men in STEM” will take place. This initiative features recorded testimonies from female and male researchers at the center, offering a glimpse into their daily lives and how they balance their professional careers with their personal lives.

Coinciding with the International Day of Men for Gender Equality (October 21st), this event will showcase selected testimonies, highlighting potential differences, barriers, or areas for improvement that can help raise awareness and promote gender sensitivity within the scientific community and society at large.

During the session, in addition to screening a summary video of the collected testimonies, there will be two keynote talks and a roundtable discussion featuring some of the participants and experts from both the fields of engineering and gender equality.
