In any publication or dissemination of scientific results, appearance in the media and, in general, in all documents generated as a result of their activity, the research staff of the center will always state their membership in CINTECX. Specifically, in the scientific production of CINTECX researchers, the affiliation must be included first place, using some of the formats shown in the following examples:

- CINTECX, Universidade de Vigo, Encomat, 36310 Vigo, España.
- CINTECX, Universidade de Vigo, Departamento de Física Aplicada, 36310 Vigo, España.
- CINTECX, Universidade de Vigo, APET, Dpto. de Tecnoloxía Electrónica, 36310 Vigo, España.
In the event that a CINTECX researcher is also linked to another institution outside the University of Vigo, they must include the double affiliation separately.
The personnel of other institutions that carry out a temporary work in CINTECX must include it in their affiliation in all the publications totally or partially related to the work carried out during their stay.
