{"id":258921,"date":"2025-07-11T11:04:03","date_gmt":"2025-07-11T09:04:03","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/cintecx.uvigo.es\/event\/curso-de-habitos-saludables-en-el-puesto-de-trabajo\/"},"modified":"2025-07-11T11:14:13","modified_gmt":"2025-07-11T09:14:13","slug":"curso-de-habitos-saludables-en-el-puesto-de-trabajo","status":"publish","type":"tribe_events","link":"https:\/\/cintecx.uvigo.es\/gl\/event\/curso-de-habitos-saludables-en-el-puesto-de-trabajo\/","title":{"rendered":"Curso H\u00e1bitos saudables no posto de traballo"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>O <em>Laboratorio Saudable de CINTECX<\/em> lanza o curso \u2018H\u00e1bitos saudables no posto de traballo\u2019, que se celebrar\u00e1 nas instalaci\u00f3ns do centro o vindeiro 21 de xullo en horario de ma\u00f1\u00e1.<br \/>\nTr\u00e1tase dun curso te\u00f3rico-pr\u00e1ctico impartido por persoal experto, cun m\u00e1ximo de 20 asistentes, repartidos en 2 grupos en diferentes franxas horarias (ver detalles abaixo).<\/p>\n<p>Co obxectivo de fomentar h\u00e1bitos saudables entre o persoal investigador e de apoio \u00e1 investigaci\u00f3n do centro, promovendo a actividade f\u00edsica e o deporte, as sesi\u00f3ns abordar\u00e1n os seguintes contidos:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Exposici\u00f3n te\u00f3rica sobre o funcionamento da postura e a formaci\u00f3n de h\u00e1bitos saudables.<\/li>\n<li>An\u00e1lise dos postos de traballo espec\u00edficos e detecci\u00f3n de riscos.<\/li>\n<li>Valoraci\u00f3n individual para establecer necesidades m\u00e1is evidentes e recomendaci\u00f3ns.<\/li>\n<li>PR\u00c1CTICA: Execuci\u00f3n e instruci\u00f3n de exercicios e rutinas.
