Breve CV<\/h2>\n

F\u00e9lix Quintero Mart\u00ednez is member of the LaserON Research Group on Laser Applications, were he is mainly involved in Laser Materials Processing from macro-processes such as cutting and surface treatment to nano-scale processes. He, together with other colleagues from the Research Group on Laser Applications, Applied Physics Dept. of University of Vigo, is co-inventor of the Cofiblas technique, a novel method for the production of continuous glass nanofibers by laser melting, and, also, the Laser Spinning technique for the production of mats of glass nanofibers. His current research activity is focused in the laser processing of ceramics and glasses. He is mainly interested in the application of the Cofiblas technique for the production of glass nanofibers with outstanding mechanical properties and their functionalization for optoelectronic applications. Member of the Technical Committee on Glass Fibers of the International Commission on Glass.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
