This type of characterization is essential for understanding how battery performance evolves with use, a key issue in a context of increasing electrification and energy transition.<\/p>\n<p>The knowledge generated will make it possible to identify degradation patterns, optimize the use of storage systems, and improve both the safety and efficiency of widely used technologies, from electric vehicles to renewable energy storage systems.<\/p>\n<p>The <a href=\"https:\/\/cintecx.uvigo.es\/en\/research\/cintecx-annual-challenge\/\">CINTECX CHALLENGE<\/a> call is part of the center\u2019s Strategic Plan and constitutes one of its main tools for promoting scientific excellence and interdisciplinary collaboration.
