CINTECX, in compliance with our \u201cEquality Policy<\/a>\u201d, is committed to effective equality between men and women and also shows full commitment to guaranteeing the integration of equal opportunities between men and women in all the areas and activities that are performed at the Centre, and is responsible for carrying out and promoting measures within the scope of the Centre\u2019s competences to achieve real equality.<\/p>\n To achieve this aim, CINTECX conducts a gender break-down analysis of all its activity and runs specific activities and events for the promotion of female talent. <\/p>\n \t\t\t\t CINTECX shines a spotlight on women researchers through an exhibition created to celebrate the International Day of Women and Girls in Science (February 11).<\/p>\n <\/a>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n \n<\/div>\n <\/p>\n<\/div>\n \n<\/div>\n \n<\/div>\n <\/p>\n \t\t\t\t Undertaking of annual surveys to discover the state of discrimination, sexist microaggressions and other situations that are produced in the Centre in order to take any pertinent measures. <\/p>\n Annual analysis with data disaggregated by gender to discover the real situation in the Centre regarding effective equality and non-discrimination for reasons of sex.<\/p>\n <\/a>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n \n<\/div>\n <\/p>\n<\/div>\n \n<\/div>\n \n<\/div>\n <\/p>\n \t\t\t\t The Centre holds various events and activities to promote and make visible the work and research performed by its female researchers.
