CINTECX has signed several internal agreements with the University of Vigo so that internships can be undertaken in external companies through our centre by students of degrees such as those taught at the Industrial Engineering School, the Mining and Energy Engineering School, the Chemistry Faculty, or the Advanced Biotechnology Master of the Biology Faculty.<\/p>\n
The external placements, whether they are for curricular practice or extracurricular, are an educational activity by their nature, aimed at university students, and supervised by the University with the main objective of completing and applying, in a professional setting, competences and knowledge acquired in students\u2019 studies. This contributes to a student\u2019s preparation for working professionally and facilitates future incorporation into the labour market, in addition to being a formidable tool for capturing talent for the institution itself, by discovering first-hand the research projects being undertaken at the centre.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

<\/p>\n<\/div>\nThe CINTECX facilities are also where many specialization works at all university academic levels are carried out. These include End of Master Dissertations (called TFM\u2014Trabajo Fin de Master) and End of Degree Dissertations (called TFG\u2014Trabajo Fin de Grado). The Centre\u2019s research staff, most of whom are teaching and research staff at the University of Vigo, offer these academic training works within the different domains and lines of research.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
